Welcome to [Your Company Name]. By booking a cleaning service with us, you agree to the following Terms of Service.
1. Services
We provide residential and/or commercial cleaning services as agreed during the booking process. Service duration is estimated based on the information provided by the client.
2. Booking & Access
Clients must provide accurate booking details and ensure safe access to the property at the scheduled appointment time. If we cannot access the property, a cancellation or lockout fee may apply.
3. Cleaning Condition & Additional Time
Our service estimates are based on standard property conditions. If the property is excessively dirty, heavily cluttered, or requires additional work beyond the booked service, extra cleaning time and additional charges may apply. We will make reasonable efforts to inform the client before extending the service where possible.
4. Payments
Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We reserve the right to charge additional fees for extra hours, specialist cleaning requirements, or add-on services requested during the appointment.
5. Cancellations & Rescheduling
- Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the appointment are free of charge.
- Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the booking value.
- Same-day cancellations or missed appointments may be charged in full.
6. Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with the service, please contact us within 24 hours of the cleaning appointment. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue.
7. Damage & Liability
While we take great care during our services, accidents may occasionally happen. Any claims for damage must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.
We are not liable for:
- Pre-existing damage;
- Normal wear and tear;
- Improperly installed items;
- Damage resulting from faulty products or materials.
8. Health & Safety
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue services if the property presents unsafe conditions, hazardous materials, infestations, aggressive behavior, or other risks to staff safety.
9. Pets
Clients are responsible for ensuring pets are secured and safe during the cleaning appointment.
10. Privacy
Client information is used solely for booking, communication, and service delivery purposes and will not be sold to third parties.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Updated terms will be published on our website.
